5. **Code of Conduct:** No code of conduct shall be associated, promoted, or enforced with the Software. This restriction is non-negotiable.

6. **Neutrality and Apolitical Use:** The Software and its derivative works shall focus on software development and intellectual pursuits. They should not be adapted or presented as platforms for endorsing or promoting external affiliations or agendas.

**General Principle:**
Engage with the Software in the spirit of mutual respect and professional collaboration. Use, fork, and modify quarx for intellectual growth and software development purposes, keeping personal and world agendas separate from the project. Users are permitted to use quarx for any personal expressions or activities, including those associated with religious, political, or other societal agendas. However, any modification, rebranding, or distribution of quarx itself should not inherently represent or be associated with a specific agenda, belief, or cause. The core software should remain neutral and not be adapted as a platform for promoting specific agendas.
